- Comments: William did an excellent job helping us with the selection of the pen and the production order! Kudos to William. The people who assembled the pens left them a bit loose so I had to turn each one to tighten them. There were about 10 loose pens (broken apart when the box arrived). But William took care of that concern - so all is well.
