- Comments: There was a considerable delay on the shipment of the mugs, I was told that it was due to a printing quality issue. I appreciate that you did not send shipment that might have been suspect quality. The delay was longer than stated, but I did get a timely response from customer service every time I emailed to check on the status of the ship date. I consider your customer service to be very good. Due to the quality of the pens I recieved and the potential problem with the print quality on the mugs that you successfully avoided, I will be careful with product selections that may have a potential for quality issues. I will also be careful to not order when quick delivery is a requirement.

I was about to depart for Africa, to make a very formal presentation of my educational product. At the last moment, I decided that I needed to conclude my speech by giving each dignitary a small gift that they could enjoy and that would bring home my message.
