- Product comments: this was a last minute deal for an unexpected seminar. I googled "promotional items", picked Branders, picked up the phone, got William Howard....and he was awesome. walked me thru my options, dealt with the artwork the next morning, and poof, my stuff arrived the day before I needed it. Great work and a pleasure to deal with! You really do have customer service!!

- Comments: I don't know how you could improve. Rev was a wonderful representative. I changed the order on her a few times, we had multiple people involved (always a pain for sales reps) and she handled it all without a hint of irritation. Give Rev a raise!

- Product comments: I like that we got a decent quality, reuseable tote bag for less than $1. It's perfect to promote our "Going Green for God" activities at Liverpool First Presbyterian Church. I can envision so many uses of these bags. One is to put information about our church, along with a water bottle (another item purchased from Branders), in the bag to give to visitors of our church. Another is filling these reuseable bags with groceries to donate to our local food bank. Of course, our members could also use them to carry their own groceries home each week! I don't have anything negative to say about my order with Branders. The bag is fine, the logo is excellent and the service was great.

- Product comments: Good quality shirt for a good price. Grace Villanueva the sales/service rep did a great job and was most helpful even when I had to change the order.

Grace V. helped me get out of a jam. We didn't have a lot of money but wanted 2 give the children something nice and she showed me what 2 do. than when the hotel lost my box Grace helped them find. I still don't know how she did that but she did. Hats off 2 Grace job well done.

- Product comments: We have ordered products from Edward Carey a number of times. He's A+++ We have always been pleased with both quality and service and will continue to utilize Branders whenever we have budget to order items. As a small non-profit, our $ is precious and we must utilize every penny efficiently. Edward has helped us tremendously by recommending items that we can purchase at low cost in small quantity. We have come to rely on his judgment in recommending quality items and have never been disappointed. Thanks!
- Comments: If you ever come up with specialty items for the assisted living industry or for fundraisers, we'd love to see your recommendations of new items in the marketplace. Such items might include helpful gadgets for the aging population: magnifiers and other self-help items for daily use. "Stickiness" is important to us so the items we order are largely things that people will keep with them, on them, or in wallet or on key chain.

- Product comments: Mugs and hats are a good quality product for a good price. I will continue to use you in the future. I have ordered "fat" pens from you in the past that were pretty poor quality that I would definately not order again.
- Comments: There was a considerable delay on the shipment of the mugs, I was told that it was due to a printing quality issue. I appreciate that you did not send shipment that might have been suspect quality. The delay was longer than stated, but I did get a timely response from customer service every time I emailed to check on the status of the ship date. I consider your customer service to be very good. Due to the quality of the pens I recieved and the potential problem with the print quality on the mugs that you successfully avoided, I will be careful with product selections that may have a potential for quality issues. I will also be careful to not order when quick delivery is a requirement.

order was processed in a timely manner and the product arrived before the
event started. I want Betts to manage the account for Team Commonwealth from
