- Comments: Comments here...none. everything was a wonderful experience thanks to Ms. Betts Roa. She never gave up. Even with a very short deadline, "My son 1st Birthday". Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Because of the wonderful experience our friend, is own his own company, came to our son 1st birthday party. Loved the gift. Gave him your information. He wants to use these thermos to gave to his customers. Thanks a million. Everyone at my party loved the thermos gift.

- Product comments: The Pens look beautiful. Your people are really easy to work with. They don't write well. They took much longer to produce than anticipated.
- Comments: Good looking but really need to work well. These pens right "choppy", almost like they are dried out.

- Product comments: The ability to order different colors for the same price; this gave our employees the option to choose their favorite color. The logo workup was very quick. The product is smaller than I envisioned, but I had no time to order a sample, so that is okay. Very quick turnaround. I also like that the product has a front pocket and is insulated.
- Comments: I did all my communication online; I don't often have time to sit at a phone during working hours. I didn't have to at all. Not one spoken word was necessary to get this done. Plus I landed up with everything in writing. I don't see any way to improve on that, I love that.

- Product comments: This is a very decent product for the price. The stitching looks great and I am pleased with the effort Branders has taken to encourage me to purchase at a time when my funds are low. This specially priced product permitted me to make an advertising purchase at a time when I would not otherwise have been able to afford it. Thank you Branders!
- Comments: Comments here...Give Grace Villanueva a raise in pay or at least make sure you keep her happy. She does a fantastic job of giving excellent customer service. She is responsive and personable and really gets the job done. If she didn't live so far away I would want her working for me. Send her my thanks. She is a very big part of the reason that I continue to shop with Branders. She has made it that good of a buying experience.

- Product comments: The product is exactly what I ordered. I would like to have had a choice of ink colors.
- Comments: Offering a choice of ink colors, or blue inks, would be very helpful to my office; we work in the legal field, and use blue ink to distinguish original documents from copies.

- Product comments: Plastic was really thin and some of the hats had permanent dents. The logo area seemed a little small. But the item was hard to find and/or at a good price and needed that specific item for event.
- Comments: Just wanted to state that my customer service contact, "Barbie", was absolutely one of the best I've worked with in a long time! As a supervisor who also works closely with our CSR department, boy I wish we had her! She made the whole experience perfect.

- Product comments: The pen is nice, we are used to ordering the wide body pens and its just the way we like it. The imprint is nice and legible. I ordered these under a special that you offered.
