Evolution Embroidery

This is Jose, Joel's brother. He does the embroidery. The caps are so hard to embroider.
The thread keeps breaking. a red light signals the break and machine stops automatically. Jose would rethread the machine with the broken thread. This particular logo they say is problematic. the machine kept stopping and red lights glowing. The 6 panel cap did not help either because the logo went on the seam.

The machine can be converted to hold shirts. 12 to a row.

The green thing serves like a bastidor. If you cross stitch, you know what that is. So you understand why there is a maximum imprint area.

This wooden thing ensures the logo goes on the correct imprint area.

This machine is used for personalization. Don't let personalization scare you.

You can use a maximum of 9 thread colors.
The cost of metalic thread is more than double the cost of ordinary thread. That is why there is an additional charge for metallic thread.

This is where art is saved. It is like the brain of the embroidery machine. If you had an embroidery order at Evolution, the art must be saved here. This can save hundreds of artfiles.
All he needs is to know previous order number and he can pull it up all ready to be embroidered.
