Screen Printing

All done ready to be packed and shipped.

This is where they"cure" the printed items. This will make sure the ink stays on the fabric.

I asked how they ensure the shirt or bag does not move in the process which can produce uneven /overlapping printing. The answer is ADHESIVE. They spray adhesive on the board to hold the fabric in place.

This is a thin paddle. They have several sizes of paddles for different sizes of bags that they print. And of course for the shirts and the sleeves.

Here is where they apply the ink.

Cesar does the printing as well. I forgot to count the number of paddles but I think it holds 12.

The shirts are printed here. The shirts are spread on a paddle wide enough to hold them. They have to be spread evenly to ensure even printing.
