I appreciate that you did not send shipment that might have been suspect quality. The delay was longer than stated, but I did get a timely response from customer service every time I emailed to check on the status of the ship date. I consider your customer service to be very good. Due to the quality of the pens I recieved and the potential problem with the print quality on the mugs that you successfully avoided, I will be careful with product selections that may have a potential for quality issues. I will also be careful to not order when quick delivery is a requirement.
