- Satisfaction with the product: Satisfied

- Satisfaction with Overall experience with Branders: Very Satisfied
- Satisfaction with cost of the product: Very Satisfied
- Satisfaction with quality of the product: Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied
- Satisfaction with the imprinted logo quality: Satisfied
- Will consider Branders in the future: Y
- Product comments: Plastic was really thin and some of the hats had permanent dents. The logo area seemed a little small. But the item was hard to find and/or at a good price and needed that specific item for event.
- Comments: Just wanted to state that my customer service contact, "Barbie", was absolutely one of the best I've worked with in a long time! As a supervisor who also works closely with our CSR department, boy I wish we had her! She made the whole experience perfect.
